At Syran, we want you to feel secure and satisfied with every purchase. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer‑friendly.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Certain categories (personal care items, hygiene products) may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons.
Process
- Contact Syran support with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide instructions.
- Pack the product securely and hand it over to our courier partner (Pathao).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges

| Non‑Refundable | Discounted items, gift cards, hygiene‑sensitive products |
Return Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80
- Suburbs: ৳100
- Outside Dhaka: ৳150 (Return delivery fees are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, Syran will cover the full return shipping cost and send a replacement at no extra charge.
