Refund and Returns Policy

Syran Returns Policy:
  1. Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Submit requests via the SYRAN website or Facebook Page.
  3. Valid return reasons:
    • Damaged or defective products.
    • Incomplete orders (missing items).
    • Incorrect products (wrong size, color, expired, etc.).
    • Products not matching descriptions or images.
    • Products that do not fit.
  4. Personal care and health items: No returns for change of mind.
  5. Refunds for damaged/defective items are subject to Syran’s assessment.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Canceling Your Order:
  1. Before Shipping: You can cancel your order if the seller hasn’t sent it yet.
  2. After Shipping: If the item has already been shipped, you’ll need to contact the seller directly to ask for a return and refund.
  3. Items You Can’t Cancel/Return: Some items can’t be canceled or returned. These include:
    • Discounted or Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or heavily discounted are non-returnable.
    • Customized Skincare Products: items that have been mixed or altered to a customer’s specific request.
Getting a Refund:
  • How Refunds Work: If you get a refund, it will go back to the same way you paid (like your credit card or Bkash Account).
  • Return Costs: You might have to pay for the shipping costs when you return an item.
