Refund and Returns Policy
Syran Returns Policy:
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Submit requests via the SYRAN website or Facebook Page.
- Valid return reasons:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incomplete orders (missing items).
- Incorrect products (wrong size, color, expired, etc.).
- Products not matching descriptions or images.
- Products that do not fit.
- Personal care and health items: No returns for change of mind.
- Refunds for damaged/defective items are subject to Syran’s assessment.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Canceling Your Order:
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order if the seller hasn’t sent it yet.
- After Shipping: If the item has already been shipped, you’ll need to contact the seller directly to ask for a return and refund.
- Items You Can’t Cancel/Return: Some items can’t be canceled or returned. These include:
- Discounted or Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or heavily discounted are non-returnable.
- Customized Skincare Products: items that have been mixed or altered to a customer’s specific request.
Getting a Refund:
- How Refunds Work: If you get a refund, it will go back to the same way you paid (like your credit card or Bkash Account).
- Return Costs: You might have to pay for the shipping costs when you return an item.
